When people think of an alcoholic the thought always drifts to a certain stereotypical thought. But the truth is that ANYONE could be an alcoholic. In late October our very own Tobi who is smart, beautiful, educated, employed, and an absolutely wonderful woman announced on her MySpace blog that she was an alcoholic. One of the bravest things I have ever read was her blog where she told her story. I asked her to come to the show and talk about it knowing that she has the power to help someone else. She agreed and it was just an amazing and heartwrenching show. Grab a Kleenex and listen.

This show was designed originally to be a place for my daughter and her friends to talk on the air. Since the regular show day & time would have been on Christmas Eve I moved the show to Thursday @ 8pm. Her friends were nervous, she was nervous, Bryan and I had a great conversation. Definitely not what was originally planned but I liked this show a lot.
