What's Your Reason? Here's Mine...

Last year I quit smoking after 18 years of a multi-pack a day habit. It was one of the hardest things I have ever done. 

Three months after I quit, my cousin, Sybil Tamara Foster, succumbed to lung cancer... and she never smoked a day in her life.

This year I am on a team for my local Relay for Life through the American Cancer Society.  The relay is an 18 hour event on June 6th & 7th where each team commits to having at least one member on the track the entire event. It's also the main fundraiser for the ACS.

Not only will I be participating in the event I will be hosting a show LIVE at the event speaking with people who are cancer survivors who are willing to share their stories.
